Washington Street Conference Room
There is a special meeting of the Camden Park and Rec Committee on Friday, May 11 at 12:00 Noon in the Washington Street Conference Room, Camden Town Offices at 6 Washington St. Camden.
Ron and Gerri King from the Natural Playground Company in Concord, New Hampshire will be presenting their companies concepts and ideas developed over years of experience building “Natural Playgrounds” for schools, childcare centers, and communities.
As Camden is moving forward to design recreational features for “Tannery Park” this presentation will help educate us as a community on the possibilities of an innovative concept in playground design that can help transform the old Tannery Site into a true community park that can provide multiple uses including a community playground.
