At asmallgood, we make smallgoods. Specifically salami, fresh sausage and bacon using locally sourced whole animals. All our hogs come direct from farmers on the Mid-Coast of Maine. They are pasture raised without antibiotics or hormones. We primarily use ingredients native to Maine or locally grown to flavor our products. Our aim is to provide a nourishing, ethical, and delicious product.
